A lista dos principais líderes anuais de punt e kickoff do futebol universitário da NCAA identifica os principais líderes universitários para cada temporada de 1939 até o presente. Inclui líderes anuais em quatro categorias estatísticas: (1) jardas totais de retorno de punt e (2) jardas por retorno de punt, (3) jardas totais de retorno de kickoff e (4) jardas por retorno de kickoff. Antes de 1970, a NCAA determinava os campeões de retorno de punt e kickoff com base no número total de jardas. A partir de 1970, os campeões de retorno foram determinados com base em jardas por retorno. Salvo indicação em contrário, os campeões de retorno e totais de jardas para os anos de 1939 a 2014 foram retirados da publicação "Football Bowl Subdivision Records" da NCAA.
