Seldon Powell - Seldon Powell
Seldon Powell (15 de novembro de 1928 - 25 de janeiro de 1997) foi um saxofonista e flautista tenor americano de soul jazz , swing e R&B nascido em Lawrenceville, Virginia .
Ele trabalhou com Tab Smith (1949), Lucky Millinder (1949–51), Neal Hefti e Louis Bellson . Durante a década de 1960, ele se aventurou no idioma do jazz soul e trabalhou com Clark Terry , Lou Donaldson , Johnny Hammond Smith e Buddy Rich .
