Clockwise vs counterclockwise[edit]

Traditionally the TCA cycle is presented as a clockwise cycle. is there any reason why you prefer counter clockwise? It might cause confusion? David D. (Talk) 23:38, 1 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the slow reply, this page had slipped my watchlist! Its anticlockwise because thats how it was presented in my reference, although I do agree it is more commonly shown clockwise. Dehydration step (Citrate to cis-Aconitate)[edit]

Shouldn't there be a double bond between C3,C4 (C3=C4) in cis-Aconitate? O is taken out of Citrate, but no hydrogen is taken out in this step.--Chrismacg 18:29, 15 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Images are too small[edit]
