Allen francês - Allen French
Allen French (28 de novembro de 1870 a 6 de outubro de 1946) foi um historiador e autor de livros infantis que fez pesquisas importantes sobre as batalhas de Lexington e Concord , durante a Guerra Revolucionária Americana . Ele foi um membro fundador e presidente da Sociedade Thoreau .
Nascido em Boston , French frequentou a Harvard University para sua educação de graduação. Vários de seus livros infantis foram ilustrados pelo pintor Andrew Wyeth .
