Esta página lista as pesquisas de opinião pública em todo o país realizadas em relação à eleição presidencial de 2016 nos Estados Unidos . Os dois principais candidatos do partido foram escolhidos na Convenção Nacional Democrática e na Convenção Nacional Republicana em julho de 2016.
Donald Trump venceu a eleição geral de terça-feira, 8 de novembro de 2016, apesar de perder o voto popular ao vencer o colégio eleitoral . A maioria das pesquisas previu corretamente uma vitória do voto popular para Clinton, mas superestimou o tamanho de sua liderança, com o resultado de que a vitória do colégio eleitoral de Trump foi uma surpresa para os analistas. As análises retrospectivas divergem quanto ao motivo pelo qual as pesquisas e os comentaristas que as interpretaram não foram capazes de prever corretamente o resultado da eleição. Duas pesquisas diárias de rastreamento, a pesquisa UPI / CVoter e a pesquisa do University of Southern California / Los Angeles Times foram as únicas que muitas vezes previram incorretamente uma vitória do voto popular de Trump ou mostraram uma eleição quase empatada.
